Description of Service

Find Your Supplement provides personalized supplement recommendations based on user-provided health information (goals, diet, lifestyle, symptoms, and optionally blood work and genetic data). Our recommendation engine uses evidence from PubMed-indexed research, ClinicalTrials.gov, and other scientific databases to score and rank supplements by relevance to each user's profile.

Accounts

The mobile app requires an account, which you can create with Apple, Google, or an email address and password. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your quiz profile and any lab or genetic data you enter are stored with your account so they follow you across devices; how we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the app's Settings screen, which permanently removes the data stored with it. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores' refund policies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Find Your Supplement operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
