Delete your account

Delete it in the app

1. Open the Find Your Supplement app and sign in.
2. Tap the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. This cannot be undone.

Can't open the app?

Email support@findyoursupplement.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name, and the Apple or Google sign-in identifier.
• Your quiz profile: goals, diet, lifestyle answers, medications, and symptoms.
• Any blood work values and genetic data you added.

We also revoke the app's Sign in with Apple or Google authorization for your account.

What is kept

• Purchase records. Apple, Google, and our payments provider RevenueCat keep records of in-app purchases for as long as required for accounting, tax, and refunds.
• Newsletter. Deleting your account does not unsubscribe you from our newsletter. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us and we will remove you.
• Anonymous usage statistics. App usage events that are not linked to your account are kept in Google Analytics for at most 14 months.
